These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and purchases from autobahndealerstore.com, operated by Vision Quest Pacific, LTD ("VQP," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Dealer accounts

This is a wholesale storefront for authorized dealers and business customers. Accounts are approved at our discretion and may be assigned pricing tiers, tax status, and payment terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

2. Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, products, and promotions may change without notice. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders. Order totals may include shipping, applicable sales tax, and — where in effect — a temporary tariff surcharge shown at checkout, reflecting import tariff costs on affected products.

3. Payment

Payment is due at checkout by an accepted payment method unless your account has been approved for credit terms. Net 30 terms, where approved, are governed by your credit application: invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date, are subject to your assigned credit limit, and past-due balances may result in suspended terms, held orders, and collection costs. The "Net 30 Terms" payment option at checkout is for approved accounts only; orders placed on terms by non-approved accounts may be canceled or converted to prepayment.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping methods, transit estimates, and our return policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier unless otherwise stated.

5. Product use and warranties

Products are professional-grade materials intended for installation by trained installers. Product warranties, where offered, are stated in the applicable manufacturer warranty documentation. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, PRODUCTS AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VQP's total liability arising out of any order or use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim, and VQP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or labor costs of installation or removal.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, product imagery, marketing materials, and brand names are the property of VQP or their respective owners and may be used by authorized dealers only as permitted by their dealer agreement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
