Genuine Graphtec pinch roller - black rubber wheel on a brass hub with a sealed ball bearing. The pinch rollers are what hold the material against the drive drum, so a worn, flat-spotted or glazed roller shows up as tracking drift and misregistration on long cuts. Replace them in matched condition rather than one at a time.
