Edge warrants Ceramic Technologies (the “Product”) against cracking, peeling, yellowing, and bubbling for terms outlined below which begin from the date of application of Product:

Edge Multi-Layer Product and Inspection Packages Duration:

If the Product was installed on a vehicle with immediate ownership transfer (such as a car dealership), purchaser shall obtain the installers installation Registration which will serve as proof of original purchase.
This Warranty shall not apply to improper installation of Product, improper or insufficient surface (i.e. paint) correction prior to application, misuse or misapplication of Product, improper care and/or cleaning of Product, damage from physical impact to the vehicle from debris or objects, exposure of Product to abrasive, corrosive, or oxidative materials, or application to surfaces that are not fully cured original equipment manufacturer (OEM) painted surfaces. Edge Certified Installer shall have sole responsibility to determine whether surface correction must take place prior to Product application.
This Warranty does not apply to fleet, rental, or commercial vehicles nor for racing vehicles. Any Implied warranties and conditions are likewise limited to this stated warranty period. Proof of continuous legal registration within the country of application of Product is required throughout the duration of the warranty. Initial and subsequent applications or repairs of Product shall be performed by Edge Certified installer. If the Product fails to meet the conditions of this Warranty during the warranty period, the original purchaserʼs Exclusive Remedy may be to obtain product replacement and reinstallation of the replacement product. In the event of a warranty claim, there are Maximum Warranty Settlements that shall not be exceeded.
Edge shall retain no liability with respect to the following LIMITATIONS:
• Installation by anyone other than Certified Product installer
• Pre-existing damage, deterioration, microscratches, or insufficient surface (paint) correction prior to installation of Product.
Product will likely highlight any existing surface defects.
• Warranty claims covered by vehicle manufacturerʼs warranty
• Improper washing and care techniques as outlined herein; neglect to maintain surface according to Edge guidelines
Except where prohibited by law, Edge and the installer of the Product shall not be liable for any loss or incidental, special, direct,
indirect, consequential, or other similar damage(s). Some states and provinces do not allow exclusion or limitations of damages so the limitation herein may not apply.
Maximum Warranty Settlements
In the event of a warranty claim, there are Maximum Warranty
Settlements that shall not be exceeded. Edge shall at itʼs sole discretion determine whether product replacement and reinstallation of replacement product is to be performed. In any case, Edgeʼs payment of the Maximum Warranty Settlement will be considered full and final settlement under a warranty claim.
