Warranty
Edge Film Technologies (“Edge”) warrants Edge films as listed (the “Products”) against manufacturer’s defect resulting in adhesive failure, peeling, bubbling, cracking, delamination, demetallization, peeling, excessive or unusual discoloration, or other manufacturer’s defect provided the Products were properly sold and installed in accordance with authorized dealer requirements. Please do note important conditions, pre-approval requirements, and exclusions noted below. Please note original Invoice for Products professionally installed by authorized dealer is required in order to obtain warranty coverage. Limited Product Warranty In the unlikely event the Products do not conform to this warranty, Edge will (a) replace in equal quantities the amount of Product proven to be defective and (b) provide labor required to remove the defective film and reapply replacement film. Labor replacements costs shall not exceed the proportions laid out below and shall only be covered by Warranty when film is installed in compliance with applicable law(s): Scope of Warranty Labor Maximum % of Invoice Side Window Tint 15% Front or Rear Windscreen Tint 50% Visor Strip Tint 10% Full Vehicle 100% Paint Protection Film 75% Warranty coverage begins from the date Product was installed, is limited to The United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. This warranty is provided only to the customer who originally purchased the Products, is non-transferable, and is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Edge. There are no warranties of fitness or merchantability applicable to the Products. This limited warranty is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, and is void if the product has been subject to abuse, improper installation, or improper care. This warranty may give you specific legal rights which may vary by state. In no event shall Edge be liable or responsible for any loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, except as expressly set forth herein. The total liability, whether breach of contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or violation of any statute, regulation, or otherwise, is strictly limited to the purchase price of Products sold under this warranty stated on the original matching invoice. Edge reserves the right to remove all window film and reimburse the customer for the amount of the original film invoice in the event of multiple failures for certain glass and film combinations.
